Dr. John Medina talks about how just a little bit of exercise can reduce Alzheimer’s risk by 50%.  And good news for us fatter people… it doesn’t matter if you’ve been sedentary up until now… as long as you exercise starting NOW.  BTW, the positive effects wear off after 6 days if you stop (scientifically proven… watch the video).
